About the event
Medical Herbalists Olivia Cliff and Jude Greenan, who each have over 20 years of experience and knowledge of working alongside medicinal plants, will be co-hosting this session.
On arrival, you will be welcomed into the cosy caravan, aka The Herbal Hub, at Vallis Farm, where there will be tea and refreshments. After settling in and introductions, we will take a walk around the beautiful grounds of Vallis Farm to identify and forage for some of the wild as well as cultivated medicinal plants.
There will then be a short comfort break, with time to refill your mug, after which we will begin to process our harvest...
We will be focusing on individual herbs, and how they interact with people, as well as exploring different types of herbal preparations and mediums. This session will focus particularly on juicing and concoctions that are particularly useful to support a gentle detox.
