Weaving the stories of the plants into our own seasonal concoctions, we explore the alchemy of makng deliciously healing toddies to warm us through the cold months.
Sit back, take up your glass, and immerse yourself in the stories of the plants, as we weave their alchemy into decadent seasonal concoctions that will keep you warm and well through the colder months.
Led by onsite herbalists Jude Greenan and Olivia Cliff, ‘Tales and Tipples’ is the perfect pre-Christmas slow-down. It will leave you fortified to face the season, infused with the inspiration and know-how to turn humble grog into healing libations (...and possibly a little tipsy..!)
